Who we are

We are the Loizzo family: our parents Donato and Angela and us three daughters, Rossana, Federica and Nataly.

We are a family united by a common passion, passed down from generation to generation: our grandparents cultivated wheat kissed by the Southern sun, with expert hands and respect for nature. From them, we inherited a love of the countryside and the value of authentic simplicity. Our childhood memories take us back to golden fields of wheat, bales of hay, the scents of summer, family lunches, and laughter with friends and cousins. Every memory of those days is a piece of the story we want to share with you today.

Papa Donato is the agricultural soul of the project: he takes care of our company with passion, carefully selecting and cultivating Senatore Cappelli durum wheat, an ancient, authentic variety rich in beneficial properties.
Mom Angela is the creative mind, always full of ideas and intuitions.
We three daughters are the hands and voice of the project: we help it grow, we tell its story, and we ensure that every detail reflects our vision of quality, authenticity, and love of tradition.

This is how “Le bontà del Senatore” was born: a small family dream come true.
Today, we transform our wheat into top-quality pasta and taralli, produced in a trusted laboratory where every step is carefully monitored and respected for the organoleptic properties of our product.
In a fast-paced world, we choose to remain anchored to a slow, real, and authentic life, made of good things, time, and respect, especially for our health.

We don't take ourselves too seriously, but we take what we put on our plates very seriously.
Simplicity, authenticity, and commitment, combining past and present: this is our secret.
